No matter what the cause of change is for you, I am here to walk along side you in your journey to offer tools and resources for your personal transformation. Most times this comes through one-on-one sessions with deep inquiry into what you are currently experiencing.

It is one thing to read all of the self-help books and engage in all of the forms of self-care for you personally but what is even greater of an experience is to reflect on who you are and the ways you show up in the world to engage with those around you. This is where we begin personal work and deep diving into the embedded ways we have been conditioned to live in society. For business owners and organizations, this is where we begin to look at the operation structure and culture of our business, company or organization to transform all of those that come in contact with us from the HR Staff member to the desired client. Depending on the inner work you are looking for determines if this is a one-on-one session or several group sessions. Community Weaver.
So you or your organization have done the work, you have read the books and made the commitment to creating inclusive and meaningful work but you are ready to move beyond public statement and empty performative actions into real transformation. Where do you go now and how do you implement so many different ideas out there? This is where a Community Weaver like me comes in. As a community weaver, we meet either one-on-one or in a group session to create ways and methods of implementing meaningful work. Work that does more than checks the diversity or inclusive box but ensures there is leadership, methods of measuring success beyond profits and a quality of life for staff. Engaging with me as a community weaver is recommended after engaging with me as an inner work instigator as the next steps to take. This ensures there is a foundation of understanding the work you are wanting to do in the world and how I can best support that.
