Living, Practically Liberated

I recently spent some serious time (and money as an investment) in sitting down with a strategist, yup one outside of myself to reflect on what is and what is not working for me in one of my businesses as an entrepreneur. Whew, what a learning curve and what a gift to offer myself clarity and an investment to see how what I am doing is or is not working for me.

One of my follow up assignments was to re-write my social media bio and create 4-5 different versions to test out and see what fit and had the affect I was desiring for my goals. Among all of the homestead chores and moving day, I really had to make time to sit down and put pen to paper to get the words out of my head and written down.

I needed to use some non-cliche or niche trendy terms that plainly state who I am and what people can expect with me. After all, I am doing the work I do in the world to share with others and perhaps receive some form of energy exchange in return.

Practically Living, Liberated

I chose to remind folks that I am living practically and liberated. One of my reasons for having a live/hate relationship with social media is the desire and encouragement for people to put on and pretend to be someone or something that they are not, I also hate selling and being sold on some fluffy or inspirational emotional jargon only to meet a person in real life or finish a course with still so much to be desired. I’m a Taurus, a fixed Earth sign. And this means practicality is of importance to my every day moves through life. I do not want to do things that are not intentional or have no meaning behind them. I enjoy tangible ways of being, of applying new thoughts and wisdom and remaining grounded to my truth. I have recently learned many others are like this too. So that is what I am doing here and on the limited social media I engage in. I share how I am living liberated in practical ways that (hopefully and intentionally) are accessible to everyone wanting to direct their energy to who and what is most important to them in life.
