Sankofa

Se wo were fi na wosan kofa a yenkyiri” Akan loosely translated to mean, '“it is not taboo to go back for what you forgot or left behind.”

As a practitioner it is important to me to remain true to my skills and acknowledge the wisdom of the teachers, wisdom holders and ancestors that have come before me. Below I have listed where I have been a student and gathered much of my studies and wisdom of various healing modalities. Although the training or programs may be listed here, I do not recommend all of these trainings or training schools as a result of my personal training experience there. Those schools or training courses I do not recommend but have personally attended are noted by not having a link provided. Again this is based solely on my personal experience with the school, faculty /staff or the program itself.
