For this month in Lineage Keepers, we are exploring our harvest for this last year and looking towards the ways we have nurtured, cared for and nourished ourselves and others throughout this calendar. We are reminding ourselves and each other to begin slowing down and exploring rest and comfort like the season of this time.

Lineage Keepers for the month of November are exploring gratitude and remembrance. During the holiday season it is customary for caregivers, mothers and wives to move through the world doing all of the things often creating feelings of aloneness and inappreciation. This month we will uplift each other in reflecting back to each other gratitude and remembering.

The sweet nectar of rest. It is winter and the holiday season is in full swing, meaning this is often a time of burnout and stress for caregivers, wives and mothers. This month in lineage keepers we are sharing a practice of the sweetness of rest.

It may be a new calendar year, but it’s the same winter season. In this months lineage keepers, we are encouraging the pursuit of moving slowly and remaining in hibernation even when society drives us to plan for our New Year, New You.
